Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information One37 Media LLC ("One37 Media," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website at one37media.com and the Jai by One37 Media messaging program (SMS and RCS). If you have a question, email jay@one37media.com.
Information we collect
- Website. one37media.com doesn't use advertising, analytics trackers, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request time to deliver and secure the site.
- Messaging. If you opt in to messages from Jai, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of messages you send and receive, message timestamps, and delivery status.
- Email and other contact. If you email us, we keep your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in the message.
How we use information
- To send the messages you've asked for, such as reminders, alerts, and replies to your requests.
- To respond to your messages and requests, including using AI services to generate replies.
- To honor opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests and keep records of your consent.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot our website and messaging service, and to meet legal obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
Mobile messaging privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that operate the messaging program on our behalf.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or email jay@one37media.com. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our Terms of Service for the full messaging terms.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run our services, and only as much as each one needs to do its job:
- Messaging carriers and platforms, such as Twilio, Google (RCS Business Messaging), and mobile carriers, to deliver messages.
- AI model providers, to process message content and generate replies.
- Hosting and infrastructure, such as Cloudflare, to host the website and secure our systems.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of One37 Media, our users, or others.
Retention
We keep messaging records for as long as you're enrolled in the messaging program and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve issues and keep consent and opt-out records. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing jay@one37media.com. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP. We'll respond to requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Children
Our services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes that affect the messaging program will be communicated before they take effect.
