These terms govern your use of one37media.com and the Jai by One37 Media messaging program (together, the "Services"), operated by One37 Media LLC ("One37 Media," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Messaging program terms

Jai by One37 Media: transactional messages, including reminders, alerts, and replies to requests you send. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Program description. Jai is One37 Media's AI assistant. It sends reminders, alerts, and replies to the requests you text in.
Consent. You receive messages only after you opt in, for example by texting Jai first or by agreeing directly with One37 Media to receive messages. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
Opting out. Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming that you've been unsubscribed, and then no more messages unless you opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP, or email jay@one37media.com.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. One37 Media doesn't charge for messages.
Delivery. Messages may be sent by RCS or, where RCS isn't available, by SMS. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated content

Jai's replies are generated in part by artificial intelligence. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they aren't legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, infringe others' rights, or interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or end access for anyone who does.

Intellectual property

The content on one37media.com, including text, graphics, and the One37 Media name and marks, belongs to One37 Media or its licensors. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Any other use requires our permission.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, One37 Media won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
